Using this site
This site describes our hotshot and freight services and lets you request a quote, contact us, sign up as a carrier or send a dealership transport order. When you request a quote, we reply with a flat rate and a pickup window based on the load details you give us. Please use the site lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it or reach parts of it that are not public.
Text messaging (Utah's Hotshot SMS Program)
When you opt in on our website forms, Utah S Hotshot LLC (doing business as Utah's Hotshot) sends text messages about projects, appointments, and service-related updates, such as your quote, pickup and delivery updates and, for carriers who sign up with us, load offers. Only if you separately consent, it also sends occasional marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
Where a form offers texts, it has two separate boxes, and both start unticked. One covers non-marketing texts about projects, appointments, and service-related updates. The other covers marketing texts. You can tick either, both or neither and still send the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will not receive further messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Here, carriers means the mobile phone companies that deliver the texts.
